Canadian Health System preferred by Palin

According to this recent article,  Sarah Palin and family used to cross the Canadian border to get healthcare from the government run system there.  Ironic?  Or another example of just how opportunistic Palin is?   And do the Canadians knowingly provide services to Americans who just show up on their doorstep?  That's interesting if so.  http://news.yahoo.com/s/huffpost/20100308/cm_huffpost/490080
